Fair, honest, and straightforward—Steve, the owner of Advantech, truly cares about both the quality of his work and his customers. He takes the time to clearly explain all available options, along with the pros and cons of each, and never applies any pressure. I had been searching for a small HVAC company that offers a personal, family-style experience, and I found exactly that with Steve and Advantech. His knowledge and competence are top-notch, and his pricing is fair and transparent. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares, does excellent work, and treats customers with integrity. This company is FANTASTIC!
Steven the owner is excellent. I worked in the air conditioning business before and have several friends that own AC companies but I chose to go with his company due to his character. He was on time, not pushy, extremely knowledgeable and he is a man of his word. You won’t have to call an office and get the run around or wait hours. I will never use anyone else. I give his company more than a 10 out of 10 rating. Thank you very much for installing our new trane air conditioner. Tell Steven I referred you.

Steven is great. Very honest, efficient and knowledgeable. He has fixed our Trane unit twice, once last year when a part failed under warranty, and today when a wear and tear part failed. Today he replaced the part it needed and had it running a few minutes after he arrived! Very nice person to deal with when your heat/ac isn’t working.
